1. Acceptance of the terms
By using Menu lab, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
We provide tools to enhance dish images and create marketing content through artificial intelligence. We only enhance the uploaded images and do not create content that infringes the rights of others.
3. Account and credits
Each operation consumes credit. Trial credit is granted upon registration. Purchased credit is non-refundable in cash except in accordance with the refund policy.
4. Uploaded content
You remain the owner of your images. You grant us a limited license to process them and store their outputs in order to provide the service. You are responsible for owning the rights to what you upload.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through Moyasar. Prices are inclusive of value-added tax (15%). We do not store your card details.
6. Limitations of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use, within the limits permitted by law.
7. Amendments
We may update these terms, and we will notify you of material changes. Your continued use constitutes your acceptance.
